Before you take on more, know what your business can safely carry.
An evidence-based read on what is working, what puts your next stage at risk, and what to address first.
Questions without a clear answer
Can we take on the larger contract?
Are our margins what we think they are?
Does the team have room for more work?
What should we fix first?
A scorecard with the evidence behind it
Top priority. Approvals and client questions still return to the owner. A larger contract would add to that load before it adds capacity.
Sample for illustration. Your ratings and priorities come from your own information.
