Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply when you purchase the Entage Growth Readiness Diagnostic from Entage Ventures ("Entage," "we," "us"). By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
1. The service
The Growth Readiness Diagnostic is a management decision-support service. We review the information you provide across financial visibility, operational reliability, and growth capacity, and we deliver:
- Growth Readiness Scorecard
- Executive Findings Report
- Growth Pressure Assessment
- Top Three Priority Areas
- 30-Day Priority Action Plan
- Personalized Findings Walkthrough (recorded)
2. What the service is not
The diagnostic is not an audit, a financial statement review, or a CPA attestation. It is not tax, legal, investment, or regulatory advice, and it does not replace professional accounting or legal services. It does not include bookkeeping cleanup or implementation of the recommendations. We do not guarantee that any particular opportunity, decision, or outcome will succeed. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using the diagnostic.
3. Your responsibilities
The diagnostic is based on the information you provide. You agree to complete the assessment, to provide the requested materials, and to provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Our findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of what we receive.
4. Price and payment
The price is $1,297, paid once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Businesses with multiple entities, multiple locations, incomplete records, or unusually complex circumstances may require a custom scope, which we will agree with you in writing before any additional work or charge.
5. Delivery
After payment, we email your assessment, your document checklist, and a private upload link within one business day. We deliver your diagnostic within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your completed assessment and all requested materials. The delivery period begins when your submission is complete, and it may pause while required information or clarification is outstanding.
6. Refunds
You can request a full refund at any time before Entage begins the review of your submitted materials. Once the review has started, the fee is non-refundable. To request a refund, email hello@entageventures.com.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the business information and documents you send us as confidential. We use them only to deliver the diagnostic and to communicate with you about it, and we do not share them outside Entage except with service providers that help us deliver the service, or where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
8. Your deliverables
The deliverables are prepared for your business. You may use them for your internal business purposes and share them with your own advisors. Entage keeps ownership of its methods, frameworks, and templates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entage's total liability arising from the diagnostic is limited to the amount you paid for it. Entage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
