This policy explains how Entage Ventures ("Entage," "we," "us") handles personal information in connection with the Growth Readiness Diagnostic and this website.

1. Information we collect

Purchase details. Your name, email address, and business name. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Diagnostic information. Your assessment answers and the business documents you choose to send us, such as financial statements, team structure, and operating documents.
Messages. Emails and other communications you send us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address and browser type.

The "Does this sound familiar?" checklist on the diagnostic page runs only in your browser. Your selections are not saved or sent to us.

2. How we use information

To deliver the diagnostic and communicate with you about it
To process payments and refunds
To answer your questions
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the business documents you send us for marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our payment processor (Stripe), our website host (Netlify), our font provider (Google Fonts, which loads fonts in your browser), and the email and file storage providers we use to deliver the diagnostic. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to deliver the diagnostic and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete the business documents you sent us once your diagnostic has been delivered.

5. Security

We limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to deliver your diagnostic, and we use reputable service providers to store and transmit it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email hello@entageventures.com and we will respond.

7. Children

The diagnostic is a business service and is not directed to children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
